  • Our automated phone banking service serves you as a  convenient and fast way to contact us without wasting your time on street, one of our useful services for our valued credit card holder (VISA / MASTERCARD) or debit card holder (VISA ELECTRON / ATM) or those who apply for TMB Phone Banking service.  You can reach us and access your banking transactions yourself any time even after working hours or on holiday, just dial 1558.

Services Available:

  • Inquiring about on details and condition of banking services: deposit / loan / credit card /debit card, 24-hour everyday
  • Inquiring about outstanding balance of your saving and current account from 6.00-22.00 everyday
  • Inquiring about credit card statement balance and reward points from 6.00-22.00 everyday
  • Inquiring about balance of cheque return on current account from 6.00-22.00 everyday
  • Fund transferring between accounts and for payment of credit card balance from 6.00-22.00 everyday
  • Paying bills by debiting from saving account or current account from 6.00-22.00 everyday
  • Inquiring about outstanding of general loan balance, welfare loan and transferring for credit card payment or for loan payment from 8.00-18.00 of bank business days.

Conditions of Services:

  • Balance inquiry on saving / current account is limited to 20 times per day.
  • Balance inquiry on cheque return and fund transfer between accounts is limited to 10 times for each type of transaction per day.
  • Outstanding balance of current account after transferring transaction is required at minimum of THB 500.
  • You can change your PIN through TMB Phone Banking.
  • Three consecutive times entering wrong PIN will terminate the TMB Phone Banking Services on that day.  The service will resume next day if you can input correct PIN, however, please contact the branch you have account with if wrong PIN is entered again.
  • Each use of TMB Banking Services is limited to 20 minutes; the system will terminate automatically.  If the customer wishes to use the service again, he/she shall access the system again.
