A credit service to assist entrepreneurs in reducing their energy-related cost which is the main cost of both industrial and service businesses. The service which is the collaboration between TMB and the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE), the Ministry of Energy, provides funds for the investments in outstanding projects regarding energy conservation and alternative energy as well as offers advisory services for investment using suitable technology.

- Credit line not exceeding Bt. 50 million
Qualification of borrower
- Juristic persons with Thai nationality
- Building owners
1. Buildings and/or controlling factories that use electricity meters of up from 1000 KW
or have transformers altogether installed of over 1.175 KVA, or consume
nonrenewable energy in a total amount of more than 20 mega-joule per year
2.
Buildings and/or factories outside the controlling scope or energy service companies (ESCO)
Collateral
- Immovable properties e.g. land, core asset which is land with construction, or accommodation
- Movable properties e.g. bank deposits/ bill of exchange of TMB only, treasury bonds, etc.
- Other types of collateral as deemed suitable by the bank.
