For new customers

who do not currently have TMB ALL FREE account, TMB NO FIXED account or TMB TOUCH:

  • Just apply for 3 transactional services: TMB ALL FREE account coupled with TMB NO FIXED account and TMB TOUCH without minimum deposit amount from March 19 – June 30, 2019 at every TMB branch.
  • The account must be opened in the name of an individual who is the account owner. Using alias, opening the account on behalf of other person or allowing other person to use the account is not permitted.
    The applicant must also meet the qualifications specified by the Bank.
  • Eligible only for individuals age 20-60

Right Registration

Customers awarded with the right will receive an SMS together with the register link from TMB within 1 day after completing all the required applications. Please log onto the link in order to register your right by using the mobile phone number provided to the Bank and enter all the insurance information such as name and last name, National ID card number, date of birth, e-mail and contact address.

 

For current customers

who already possess TMB ALL FREE and TMB NO FIXED accounts and use TMB TOUCH

Right Registration

Current customers who meet the qualifications can accept the right via mobile phone from April 9, 2019 onwards by pressing *783*23*884#*783*23*884# and call out. After verification, the Bank will send you an SMS together with the register link within next month. Please log onto the link in order to register your right by using the mobile phone number provided to the Bank and enter all the insurance information such as name and last name, National ID card number, date of birth, e-mail and contact address.

  • Eligible only for individual customers age 20-60 with Thai nationality.
  • Customers who own all 3 products with the following usage:-
    - TMB ALL FREE account with at least 5 transactions per month without minimum deposit limit
    - TMB NO FIXED account without minimum deposit limit
    - Use TMB TOUCH with at least 1 transaction per month.

 

Coverage Conditions

  • The insured must be TMB customers’ children age 1 day to 15 years as at the effective date of the insurance and must have Thai Nationality.
  • The protection starts from the date of right registration at 00.01 Hrs. until the date of terminating the coverage at 16.30 Hrs. without automatic renewal.
  • The customers will receive the Certificate of Insurance via e-mail within 24 hours from the registration. Thai Insurance Public Co., Ltd. will deliver the Care Card to the customers’ mailing address within 10 days after the registration.
  • The Bank reserves the right to limit the registration at 1 current customer per 1 right.
  • The Bank reserves the right to provide protection under this campaign to TMB current customers’ children, and to disqualify the insurance if the applicable conditions are not met.
  • Thai Insurance Public Co., Ltd. is the insurance provider. TMB Bank Public Co., Ltd. is only a brokerage firm.

Claims
Claims for loss of life, dismemberment, loss of sight, loss of hearing, loss of speech or total permanent disability must be made within 180 days from the date of such loss. Please contact General Claims Department, Thai Insurance Public Co., Ltd. at No. 34/3 Thai Insurance Building, Soi Langsuan, Phloen Chit Road, Lumphini Sub district, Pathum Wan District, Bangkok, phone number 0-2613-0100 or Call Center: 0-2613-0123 together with the following documents:-

Accidental Death

  • Claim Form
  • Savings account passbook for funds transfer
  • Copy of autopsy report / copy of treatment records from the start of the incident up to the loss of life/ copy of death certificate / copy of medical certificate of death / copy of police daily report
  • Copy of national ID card of the insured and the beneficiary as the lawful heir
  • Copy of household registration of the insured and the beneficiary as the lawful heir
  • Other supporting documents such as birth certificate, etc.

Dismemberment and total permanent disability from accident

  • Claim Form
  • Savings account passbook for funds transfer
  • Doctor’s certificate confirming the insured’s total permanent disability or dismemberment
  • Current photo of injury
  • Copy of police daily report
  • Copy of national ID card of the insured and the beneficiary as lawful heir
  • Copy of household registration of the insured and the beneficiary as lawful heir
  • Other supporting documents such as birth certificate, etc.

Medical expenses from accident
For treatment in more than 400 participating hospitals nationwide, the insured can present the Care Card along with the National ID card without having to make advance payment. For treatment in non-participating hospitals, the insured has to make advance payment and present the following documents:-

  • Claim Form
  • Passbook of savings account for funds transfer
  • Original receipt and medical certificate
  • Copy of the insured’s National ID card
  • Other supporting documents such as birth certificate, etc.
